Dmitri Shostakovich, one of the most celebrated composers, pianists of 20th century lived in this swanky apartment in St. Petersburg, Russia. ‘Leningrad’ is one of his biggest, longest and most famous works, dedicated to his hometown, the city of Leningrad during World War II.
