White Bean Hummus, Olive Oil, Black Sesame…

Ingredients:

1 (24-ounce) can Cannellini beans (1/2 pound dried Cannellini beans)
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup tahini paste
4 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Salt, pepper, garlic
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:

Rinse beans, leave in a bowl. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add beans. Once golden remove from heat. Puree beans with all ingredients except sesame seeds in a food processor. Add black sesame seeds to the top for garnish.

If using dry or fresh beans first boil them in water for use.
