Email: Uncertain of influence in professional world. How to improve? (HK)
Sometimes, we do feel hesitant about our influence in the professional world, work with great caution. While being conservative could be a prudent course of action, we may wish to examine underlying causes of our defensiveness to exert our influence.
We could ask selves if our uncertainty is driven by a lack of belief in abilities or unclear purpose, goals in general. Taking feedback helps. Believing we have innate potential to succeed is the key, even in worst adversities. Cultivating trust in our own value, worth, wisdom helps influence with conviction, clarity, certainty. Brings assurance, respect, admiration.
We are always equipped to navigate intricacies, circumstances in our world to the best of our honest abilities. Being hesitant manifests in essence as a ‘self-fulfilling prophecy.’ By framing thoughts positively we truly create compassionatly compelling ideas, inspiring interactions.
Each one of us has gifts that make us unique! Let’s find our spark, our fire, our faith. A little bit of self-assurance, self-motivation works wonders. We easily assert our inner strength, knowledge in persuasive, affirmative ways.
