Persian Berry Crumble…

Ingredients:

2 cups mulberries (mix with plums for extra fruit, a variety of berries)
1 cup organic oats
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tbs cinnamon 
1 tbs vanilla powder
1 cup whole butter

Method:

Place fruits in a baking dish. In a bowl add oats, spices, sugar. Mix well. Spread on fruits. Add butter in pieces on top of oats. Bake at 350 degrees until fruit is bubbling (30 minutes).

Serve hot with whipped cream, ice-cream or custard.
