Email: Best ways to release pain? (Germany)
Today’s fast-paced world gives stress, loneliness, overwhelm, disconnection (personal, professional, familial). Our world is ego-driven comparing selves, judging performances, defining worth by material achievements, criticising self for failures.
Happiness happens when we feel fulfilled beyond material possessions – truly loved, a sense of deep belonging. Don’t compensate internal pain with external validations – straight A’s, big careers, people pleasing, perfecting, performing.
Face pain to unleash chains built around hearts. Live not just function. Re-calibrate life to inner peace, harmony, joy. Getting in touch with our body heals, softens mind. Cultivates a bond with true selves. Honestly explore feelings, thoughts, desires.
Once we reconnect, befriend our mind, it’s easier to eliminate worries, doubts, self-criticism. Let go, flow gently moment by moment. Freedom sets in, freedom to choose, follow our passions, think differently. Compassionate to our pain with tenderness.
We come into wholeness, balance, heart-centre, as vulnerable humans. Time to rewrite our story. Through journaling we leave feelings like unlovable, alone. Discern true self from programming we’ve accumulated (family, peers). Our inner wisdom gives fresh, creative perspectives, not just conditioned to believe.
Examine how our family histories, cultural backgrounds have influenced why we are, the way we are. How did family show (withhold) love? Were emotions expressed or repressed? Sheds light on unconscious patterns, beliefs we accepted as truths.
