Positive affirmations…

1st place to start is self-compassion. We’ve been beating selves up for years, a sense of loss, pain, sacrifice, lack of kindness to self. Need to reverse this pro-actively each day. Take 5 minutes each morning/night to affirm love, trust, belief in self, our deservedness to be happy from the depths of our heart. Also, think of our loved ones, pray for their happiness too.

What we’re cultivating is a capacity to believe, care for self and loved ones. To be kind, friendly, loving. Just a pause, a break when stressed, anxious, frustrated is great.

Find gratitude in our amazingness. Offer our incredible love to everyone, gratitude in small things. List things about self we’re grateful for. Give to others generously.

Create a positive affirmation. Shift how we see the world, feel about selves. Radiates positive energy. Taking care of self is a loving act, feel worthy, confident. Learn skills that makes us feel competent. Forgive self, others whole-heartedly.

Seek support when needed. Asking for help is a sign of strength. Seek therapy, join support groups to cope with stress. Block negative mindsets, thought patterns.
