

Email: Feel overloaded with responsibilities. How can I feel better? (US)
Many of us keep so busy with a full plate of stuff to do. Most of us spend too much time on what’s urgent, not enough time on what’s important. Why are we overloaded? We may be doing too much (new projects, current challenges). At this point, it’s important to take some rest to relax & recover. This helps us reflect, simplify & prioritise. We can honestly re-commit to ourself, to make space for what we want to happen, happen! We can re-negotiate or delegate. Also, humbly seek support. A brief pause to re-evaluate, re-focus & re-group is essential to build resilience, peace & focus.
If it’s important enough, we can make it happen by creating solid structures, systems & strategies. Prioritisation is the key. Then, we can work creatively, effectively & passionately towards fulfilling the priorities. We can manage the overwhelm by creating some space for silence & intuitive freedom. Less is more!
