Pain Relief – An equal part hot ginger, garlic, cinnamon, sesame oil reduces muscle pain (stiffness, soreness), indigestion, improves well-being.
Ginger Honey – Cut fresh ginger into small pieces, put in jar. Pour enough honey to fully cover ginger. Leave for 1 week, open daily for trapped gas to escape. Strain, take 1 spoonful straight or add hot water, lemon or tea. Refreshing, regenerating.
Winter-time tonic – Chop fresh garlic, onions, horse-radish into small pieces (enough to half fill jar). Grate fresh ginger, add half the amount of 1st three ingredients. Cover with Apple cider vinegar (keep vinegar 3 inches above herbs). Add small amount of Cayenne to taste. Let it sit for 2 weeks. Strain, discard herbs. Add honey to taste. Sip few ounces daily as a health tonic.

Immunity Soup – Combine broth, onion, ginger, garlic, mushrooms. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, carrot, parsley, lemongrass. Put cover on pan. Steam for 5 minutes. Remove lemongrass before serving.
