Fun is a perspective…

Fun isn’t a force bound within the walls of amusement parks or holidays. It’s a simple mindset, a perspective, our wit, our sense of humour that makes all the difference. There’ll always be stress but the world is our playground. Our lives are busy, so it’s worth taking breaks to re-fuel our core, our energy. We can feel anxious or guilty if we take time off our responsibilities briefly for our own emotional regulation. But, regular self-love keeps us enthusiastic, motivated & passionate about our goal realisation.

As adults we are addicted to think a lot about tomorrow’s. If we’re doing what we truly love, we can enjoy each moment of the day. Balance between work & play is essential. Learn something, anything new each day. Paint, play, dance or write. Just create. Fun is our creative element. Occasionally, playfully, spontaneously surprise ourselves.

As we mature, we tend to stay too much in safe spaces. Imagine or invent, trust our natural instincts. Take intuitive risks. We can climb a mountain, sky-dive or bungee jump to face our fears! Research reveals that kids smile 400 times a day. Adults, just 15? Smiles are a great catalyst to cheer, so natural & contagious. Allow ourselves to feel free to explore the beauty, magic & mystery all around us. Love who we really are!
