A house has great specifications, shiny, clean, quiet, perfect, concrete. In contrast, home is a little messy – toys on floor, crazy dog spinning around, mother knitting, sitting on sofa chair with yarns rolling over rugs, noisy video games on screen.

House is an appearance. Home is a feeling, a sense of real belonging. Sometimes, even in most beautiful, big mansions we feel rather superficial, numb, disconnected. Whereas, a small window overlooking sunrise at sea, in an old corner place feels lovely, warm, inviting, real, comfortable. Where the heart is. Where love is.

Please clearly understand each other’s definitions, expectations, specifications, perspectives on what we’re trying to create? What will make us really happy? What kind of an experience, ethos, energy, environment would we truly love, cherish? All will be simply, intuitively revealed.
