Dirty dancing for me…

“You only live once, but if you do it right once is enough” – Mae West

Read an article scientists have determined one of the best exercises for super fitness is dancing. Yeah, great news!

Old fashioned ‘may I have the pleasure’ traditional ballroom, disco, samba or salsa?

Dancing’s great for our energy, balance, breathing, brain and co-ordination. Graceful, natural integration of movements – arms, legs, body, heart and head in rhythm. It helps protect against memory loss and cognitive decline.

Preserves flexibility, fun and passion. Ignites all senses, lifts our spirits. A tribute to our heart. Always something new to learn. Tap, tango, ballet, hip hop, folk, jazz and so on.

Dance to Viennese waltzes by Strauss, rock music by Beatles, Pop by Abba, Bollywood. Break free with break dancing, Michael Jackson!

Dancing is truly inspirational, stimulating and motivating. If music makes our heart sing, then just dance to express. Ecstatic pleasures.

This week at dance school Dirty Dancing for me, though solo (no Patrick Swayze!):
