Starts with a little willingness to look at world through an open, non-judgmental lens. Suspend natural (often uncertain or negative) inner critic.
We gain greater realisation of innovation, creativity or opportunities through honest, experimental, stimulating styles.
Momentary detachment from our own perceptions or prejudices is key. It isn’t about agreeing or disagreeing with stuff. We simplify and objectively analyse facts or feelings neutrally, on it’s own merit and looking from another’s perspective.
Learning to view thoughts impartially, compassionately allows broadening of minds to be expansive, receptive to new view-points, ways of working, processes.
Even when we think we’re open-minded, our minds have a natural tendency to switch off when exposed to unfamiliar situations. A potential threat or conflict.
Humbly let experiences flow, penetrate inner reaches of our minds, hearts. Opens brilliant doors to possibilities.
Observe, create, understand perspectives to grow, flourish or learn. Along our work journey we will accept a few, reject a few but mostly end up finding best blend of both as successful work strategies.
