Usually, our intentions are really pure & positive. However, there could be a variance between our intention & impression that we create. Our vibe. Ultimately, when our intentions & impressions align, we can deliver impact. Feedback isn’t a threat or a trigger for self protection. It’s a great tool for self-awareness, self-nurture & self-development. Meet SARAH, she shows us how we deal with feedback, sequentially.
S – we may feel an initial shock, surprise, sensitivity, sadness.
A – after the initial shock, we may move into a mould of anger, avoidance, appreciation, apprehension, awkwardness, anxiety, annoyance or arrogance.
R – then, we may feel signs like recognition, refinement, realisation, reflection, rationalisation, resentment, remorse, a desire to run or refusal. These stages can be quite emotional, before we regain our balance.
A – finally, it’s about acceptance, action, admittance, awesomeness, aspiration & achievement.
H – eventually, we move into happiness, holistic health, hope, humility, honesty or seek help.
