Konark Sun Temple, 13th century CE is an eminent attraction at Konark, India. Images of the Sun God in the temple catch the rays of the Sun at dawn, noon & sunset. Temple complex has an appearance of a high chariot with immense wheels & horses, all carved from raw stone. The structures & elements are famed for their intricate artwork, iconography, themes & erotic imagery.
