Today was a perfect day to rediscover and indulge in joys of childhood. Played cricket with school kids. Scored 55 of 140 runs in 15 overs, we won the match!
At 13, the only girl in brother’s city cricket team. An opening batsman, a powerful hitter of the ball..! We still play cricket at the farm in India.

Seriousness of adult life has a dampening effect on our capacity to unwind, feel truly and unconditionally happy. Overcoming obligations is tough, but if we explore lighter side of life we find unrivalled innocence, fun, playfulness we once knew as kids.
Even if free time is limited, we can still integrate play by treating our day-to-day duties as virtual challenges or games!
