Our subconscious mind tells us we need to retreat, take care of our own needs before we reach a point of burn-outs. It’s a sign we aren’t applying self to truly passionate, life-enhancing or fulfilling experiences.
Make time for what matters. We don’t feel stressed because we have too much to do. It’s because we aren’t doing enough of what truly brings inner joy, balance and satisfaction.
