Trust in self, in the moment, our abilities and instincts – who we are is ‘enough’.

When we trust and love ourselves, we absolutely know how to live the life we want.

Breathe. Believe we are doing best we can to survive and succeed. That’s all we can do.

It’s enough. We are enough. We are good enough. We’re good and good enough.

We are worthy. Worthy of the best, life has to offer. 

A bird sitting on a branch is never afraid of branch breaking. Her trust is not in the branch but her own wings. Have faith in our passions, our desires, our goals.

Just focus on what’s life-affirming, valuable and truly matters, rest will fall into place.
