Take time needed to feel and allow it to flow. Please don’t resist or suppress what’s true. Please don’t hold on to sadness. We get too comfortable with pain, it’s addictive.
Letting go doesn’t mean we get rid of the pain. To let go means to let it be, let it take it’s natural course. When we let it be with self-love and compassion, we feel much better.
Practice gratitude, appreciation and trust the process. Indulge in passionate activities.
We feel stuck due to specific mindsets, fears or expectation of outcomes. With pure intentions let go of attachments, allow or surrender to destined purpose and path.
