Tigers are still paraded at parties, shoved at roadside zoo’s, drugged for photos, all for a quick buck. Cubs are snatched away from their mothers when they’re just weeks or days old to acclimate to human abuse. Tigers used in film or TV shows are deprived of food during training sessions with poor living conditions in cages. They exist in a living hell, one of constant stress, pain, agitation.
Big cats don’t like to be petted. Many are drugged or beaten into submission, chained in captivity so tourists can click photos, selfies. Posing with wild animals is the same as condemning them to a lifetime of confinement, isolation, suffering in unnatural spaces.
Please don’t pay to play with big cats, report animal abuse in tourism.

Horrifying reality emerges for thousands of crocodiles, alligators inhumanely raised & killed to make ‘luxury’ leather bags & wallets sold around the world (Hermes, Louis Vuitton etc). Crocodiles are kept in small, concrete enclosures, some narrower than the length of their bodies. Cruelly electro-shocked with deep cuts into their necks, metal rods down their spines. Animals don’t die instantly. A violent way of farming animals in Asia & Africa for exotic skin business.
Is there something we can do to raise awareness to save these vulnerable animals, say no to purchase?
