4. Stress dissipates with conscious breathing, refocusing attention inwards. Grounds self, regains calm, brings balance. Positive affirmations, visualisations, mindfulness works wonders. A quiet mind is free of negative energy, at peace.

6. Brew a wellness elixir. Simmer 3 sliced lemons, 1 tea-spoon freshly grated ginger, 2 cloves, 1/4 tea-spoon cayenne pepper, pinch of turmeric in 5 cups of water until lemon is soft, pale. Strain portion into a mug, add honey for taste.
