Surprised my group of patients at hospital volunteering with playful antics. Saw glimpses of mischievous side of personality, a sense of fun. Light state of impish elation.
A wonderful opportunity to do things we love, without fear. Doing things for simple, innocent fun. Finding a way for child-like play – precious, pure provides an unlimited source of amusement. Deeper levels of peace, joy, delight in our interactions.
Approaching our lives with a spirit of liveliness, our interactions provide a satisfying sense of pleasure. Though it seems joking or playing is not a mature way to be, we’re actually aligning selves closely with our core spirit.
High vibrational, positive energy allows full awareness of each moment. Letting self play, joke, smile, laugh in an un-inhibited way, leads to creativity, adventure, passion, wonder.
It’s never too late to have a happy childhood…
